Did anyone notice that at 34:50, Prof. Lewin does a calculation error?
0.193 * 2 = 0.386 and not 0.396.
And this is after he says "I don't even need my calculator, I can do that by heart" :)

Note: I think Prof. Lewin is a genius and his lectures are extraordinary. It's just kinda funny that no one noticed this error :)

I am new to this forum; however, I need help with some basic physics problems. I understand the bulk of these problems, but a few factors/variables are confusing the math...at least for me.

If I throw a ball of mass .6kg at an initial velocity of 35m/s and at an angle of 55 degrees above the horizontal with a horizontal wind force of 4.0N (though this is unrealistic), what is the range if thrown into the wind and if thrown with the wind? I know it's similar to basic projectile motion problems, just with mass and resistance. ???
