この文章についてちょっと理解しにくいところがあると思います。それは「ちゃいけない」の部分です。先生、もっと具体的な文法を教えていただけませんか。

Hello,everyone.
This is my first write about my study in English.
I have studied Japanese three years by myself. Now I am study at the University of HYOGO.
I want to study japanese more, I want to study English too.
But my English is poor.
I know I must spend more and more time to do it. I think I will.
